Local USCG partners generously open their bases and provide students with hands‑on experiences aboard vessels ranging from 25‑foot boats to 87‑foot cutters. Many Spirit of America graduates have gone on to successful careers in the Coast Guard, inspired by the mentorship and opportunities provided through this partnership.
